What is IRP 2.0?
IRP is a unique manufacturing technology on the market
I for Insulation, R for Resistance and P for Protection.
By using PET battens, IRP 2.0 allows weight savings while maintaining the strength and durability of our walls, ensuring longevity and resistance for all seasons and weather conditions.
How does the 7-year waterproof warranty work?
The waterproofing of your Caravelair caravan is guaranteed for 7 years, provided that an annual waterproofing inspection is carried out by an authorized member of the Caravelair network.
How often should a waterproofing test be carried out?
To maintain your waterproof warranty, you must have a waterproofing test carried out annually on your caravan (during the warranty period). This must be done in a center approved by Caravelair.
What type of car do I need to tow a caravan?
Our goal at Caravelair is to design and manufacture light and easily towable caravans, which is the essence of our brand. Therefore, it is not necessary to have a very powerful vehicle to tow one of our caravans, which is one of our main strengths!
Do I need a cover to winterize my caravan?
Not necessarily. Our caravans are designed to withstand all weather conditions. However, we recommend storing your caravan when not in use and airing it out whenever the weather permits, whether it is covered or not.

Where can I get spare parts?
Caravelair has decided to entrust the management of its spare parts to TRIGANO SERVICES. A European platform dedicated exclusively to this activity and exclusively for our network of authorized dealers.
Where can I get help with technical problems?
Normally, you should contact your distributor first. However, if they are unable to assist you, please contact our Customer Relations Department. We are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9 a.m. to 11.45 a.m. on 04 75 07 80 95 or by e-mail (contact @ caravelair.tm.fr).
What are Caravelair's warranty conditions?
At CARAVELAIR, all our caravans come with a 2-year parts and labor warranty.
We take particular care with our products: that’s why we offer a 7-year waterproof warranty (according to Caravelair warranties: see conditions in our network).

Can I buy my caravan directly from the factory?
There is no direct sale of vehicles or parts from our production sites. However, your dealer can give you the best advice for your future purchase and offer you suitable services, repairs, and maintenance.
How do I finance my purchase?

Are your caravans really manufactured in France?
Yes, we are proud to say that our caravans are fully designed and assembled in France in Tournon-sur-Rhône in Ardèche. Whenever possible, we prefer internal manufacturing or short supply chains when selecting our suppliers.
Travel
Is it allowed to camp everywhere with my caravan?
This depends on the country in question, but in most cases, you will need to use local campsites. However, nothing prevents you from taking a break and eating, for example, by the water, respecting local legislation.
Can we see your caravans in person before making a purchase decision?
