Warranties
At CARAVELAIR, all our caravans are guaranteed for 2 years on parts and labor. We pay special attention to our products, which is why we offer you a 7-year waterproof warranty (according to Caravelair warranties: see conditions in our network).
Spare parts
In addition to our CARAVELAIR warranties, through our dealer network, we provide you with our After-sales service: TRIGANO SERVICE, a European platform specially dedicated to managing spare parts. TRIGANO SERVICE covers an operating area of 20,000 m² and manages a total of 50,000 references, of which 30,000 are in stock. More than 10,000 km are traveled annually in the warehouses to prepare the 90,000 orders received, representing 1,000 T of shipped goods.
